- Important: you will need a power strip without light/button. From experience we know this is frequently the cause of annoying problems
network cable (at least 10 m), "UTP CAT-5 straight"

Agressive feelings
Coffeemakers, water boilers, refrigerators, etc
Candles and other open flames. (but you can sure bring some christmas lights! :)
Speakers (bring headphones!)
Your own networking equipment (hubs, switches, access points, ..)
Drugs, both soft and hard.

We will provide some food and drink, at very reasonable prices.

We'll also have a hot kitchen, serving fries with appropriate sauces and some meat snacks.

It's allowed to bring your own food and drink, but don't overdo it.
It's not allowed to sell goods commercially.
Smoking is only allowed in the appointed spaces (outside)
Every visitor can only bring one computer to the main LAN area. You can bring extra servers though; they will be stored in the secure server room. Make sure you have some form of remote access!
The gangways should be clear at all times, so try to put as much stuff as possible next to you, under your table or under your chair.
It's not allowed to illegally copy software.
Computers infected with virii or worms will be cut off from the network. So make sure your computer is up to date with the latest patches and install an anti-virus program.
Packet sniffing is not allowed, except for the organisation. And then only for network management.
It's not allowed to run a DHCP server
Only earthed power cables are allowed!
You can bring a beamer and/or projection screen, provided they're not in the way and don't block the exits.
